Kingsford’s Division 3 soccer season came to an end in a 4-0 loss to Elk Rapids in the District 33 championship game Friday.
The Flivvers hit the road for the district title match after a 4-1 victory over Grayling on Wednesday at Flivver Field.
Down early but certainly not out in the semifinal, the Flivvers rebounded after falling behind six minutes into the match.
Evan Grymes scored two goals and added an assist, while Gavin Kinsella and Jett Buckley netted one goal each in the Kingsford win.
