Two suspects were arrested after gunfire led to a standoff in Brooklyn Park.

According to Brooklyn Park Police Department, officers were dispatched at about 9:50 p.m. Sunday to the 2000 block of Laramie Trail North on a report of multiple shots being fired near a house.

When officers arrived, they set up a perimeter around the house and found nearby evidence of shots fired.

The Brooklyn Park SWAT Team was called in after several attempts to make contact with residents inside the home, according to authorities.

KARE 11 reports that an armored vehicle was used and armed officers forcibly entered the home to take the suspects into custody.

An investigation is ongoing. It's unclear whether anyone was injured.
