A New Zealand man is opening up about being attacked by two bears while running in the Japanese wilderness.
Billy Halloran, 32, was running in the woods of Myoko in early October when he came across two Asiatic black bears, according to CNN and Australian news outlet News.com.au .
Halloran tried to back away, but one of the bears started heading straight toward him, CNN and Radio New Zealand reported. So he began shouting in hopes of scaring the animals away.
“I could see it was going
