Applications accepted for Snowmass boards

The town of Snowmass Village is accepting applications through Nov. 3 for its volunteer boards and commissions.

Appointments are made annually by the Town Council to several advisory boards, some of which require residency or technical qualifications.

X Games announces concert performers

Organizers of X Games Aspen 2026 last week announced evening ticketed concerts will feature electronic artists Alesso and Disco Lines.

The X Games return to Buttermilk Mountain Jan. 23-25, marking 25 years of the winter action-sports event.

Competitions in ski and snowboard slopestyle, superpipe, big air and other disciplines will again be free to the public during the day.
