BLOOMINGTON — Indiana football defensive end Kellan Wyatt suffered a knee injury in a 38-13 win over Michigan State that will sideline him "long term," according to coach Curt Cignetti.

Wyatt limped off the field under his own power after being checked out by trainers early in the fourth quarter this past Saturday, Oct. 18. It was the second straight week he was shaken up.

Wyatt has 27 tackles (12 solo) and is second on the team with eight tackles for loss. He also has 2.5 sacks, one pass breakup and seven quarterback pressures. He's one of four defensive linemen on the team this year to have played more than 200 snaps in the team's first seven games.
