Cushman & Wakefield is marketing the two-phase medical office property for lease

Irgens, a national developer specializing in healthcare, commercial, industrial and mixed-use real estate, broke ground on Cielo Vista Medical Commons, a new, two-phased medical office building development located at 26425 N. Lake Pleasant Pkwy.

The project will deliver about 80,000 rentable square feet across two buildings on a 6.6-acre site. Cushman & Wakefield’s Sheila Bale and Erika Eckblad are marketing the property for lease, according to a news release.
