PHILADELPHIA (NewsNation) — Human remains found behind an abandoned school in Philadelphia on Saturday have been identified as those of a missing 23-year-old woman, according to multiple reports.
Kada Scott had been missing since early October. She was last seen leaving her job at a senior living center on Oct. 4, 2025. Her car was still at her workplace, and her phone was dead.
Police arrested Keon King, 21, who they say was the last person in contact with Scott on the day she went missing. They say the two did know each other, though it’s not clear for how long. He was initially charged with kidnapping and stalking. Additional charges announced included arson, causing catastrophe, conspiracy, unauthorized use of an automobile, tampering with evidence, reckless endangerment and receipt
