ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The Rochester Fire Department is responding to a home on Saratoga Street for a working fire, Monday afternoon.
According to News 8 crews on scene, firefighters reportedly arrived to find the vacant home boarded up. However, one individual was found on the second floor of the vacant home and rescued by ladder.
The victim is said to have refused medical care at the scene.
