STATEWIDE -- Prices seem to be going up everywhere except the Gas Pump.

The price of a gallon of gas dropped almost 4 cents a gallon in the last week.

According to GasBuddy’s survey of more than 12 Hundred stations around the state, the average price is now $2.99 a gallon.
