CENTRAL, Texas — Early voting began today at 8 a.m. across Central Texas counties, with numerous polling locations opening their doors to voters. A total of 17 statewide propositions will be on the ballot for Texas voters, while local measures will vary greatly per county.

Bell County

For Bell County residents several propositions for their independent school districts, as well as the cities of Nolanville and Troy will be able to be voted on.

Propositions for Belton ISD

Proposition A – General ($92.9M): Security cameras, playground fencing, exterior lighting, HVAC replacements, roofing and substantial updates and modernization at Sparta Elementary, Lakewood Elementary and Belton Middle School.
