BOURBON COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - The names of the people killed in a Bourbon County crash have been released.

The coroner has identified the victims as 41-year-old Shawn Embs and 49-year-old Whitney Embs of Clark County. They were husband and wife, according to the coroner.

The three-vehicle crash happened Friday evening on Kentucky 627 just ahead of Spears Mill Road.

The road was shut down for several hours with reconstruction teams on site late into the evening.
