We could see a decent chance of some morning frost by weeks end After quite a weekend with a summer-like Saturday followed by a windy, wet and cooler Sunday, it was a quiet start to the week across Central and Eastern Kentucky. The day started quite chilly with temperatures dropping into the upper 30s and low 40s before we enjoyed a pleasant afternoon across the area. High pressure to our south kept things mostly sunny from start to finish with afternoon highs topping out into the mid-60s, which is roughly where we should be for this time of the year.
A weak cold front will drop through the Ohio Valley into Tuesday bringing a very low end chance of a shower or two, along with a reinforcing shot of cooler air, but that will be felt more into the mid to late week. Look for another breezy d
