Brockville police have arrested a woman after a disturbance between three people at a gas station escalated into a physical situation.

At about 5 a.m. on Thursday at the Proxy gas station on Stewart Boulevard, police were called about a fight happening between three people, all of whom were from Quebec.

When officers arrived on the scene, police said, two women wanted to leave a man in Brockville, and leave in the vehicle with his belongings.

Police said they found the driver of the vehicle, a 25-year-old woman, was consuming alcohol, and her roadside screening sample resulted in an “alert,” leading to her licence being suspended for three days.
