Thune accuses Democrats of "running out the clock," Schumer says "Republicans need to wake up"

The Senate on Monday is set to vote for an 11th time on advancing a House-passed measure to fund the government and end the ongoing shutdown. Ahead of the vote, Republican Sen. John Thune blamed Democrats for the upcoming expiration of Affordable Care Act tax credits, and Democratic Sen. Chuck Schumer slammed the House GOP for keeping the lower chamber out of session for another week.
