PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) -- A Bellevue man was granted pretrial release after he was arrested Thursday on a child pornography charge.
Rose Magnus, 26, was ordered to be released from the Peoria County Jail pending the outcome of their case by a Peoria County Circuit judge for alleged possession of child pornography, Peoria County Court records show.
On Oct. 16, the Peoria County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant on his home near North Bellevue Avenue and West Plank Road. During their search, they allegedly located electronic devices that contained child pornography.
This search was part of a four-month-long investigation.
