TAZEWELL COUNTY, Ill. (WMBD) -- The Tazewell County Animal Control is asking for help to restock its food shelves on Monday.
The animal control said it needs wet kitten food to keep up with the large number of kittens they are currently taking care of, according to a Facebook post said.
"These pint-sized purr machines are growing fast, and wet kitten food is their favorite (and most nutritious!) meal of the day," the Facebook post said.
They hope that people can help donate wet food, with their dream menu including Fancy Feast, Sheeba, Friskies, or any kitten-specific pâté if possible.
"Our kittens aren’t picky, just hungry!," the post said.
Those willing to help can drop off donations at t 21314 IL Route 9. Tremont, IL 61568, or order the directly on Amazon or Chewy's website.
