Andrew Garfield actually lied to Emma Stone about his Spider-Man: No Way Home cameo!

The 36-year-old Bugonia actress appeared on Josh Horowitz ‘s Happy Sad Confused podcast during the Monday (October 20) episode and was asked about the secretive Spider-Man team up in 2021 film.

Emma and Andrew , who dated from 2011 to 2015, first met on the set of The Amazing Spider-Man , with Andrew playing the titular superhero and Emma cast as Gwen Stacy.

The podcast host once spoke with the 42-year-old Social Network star about his viral cameo and he admitted to lying to Emma about it.

The actress confirmed this, saying, “I asked him if he was going to be in that. and he was like, ‘I don’t know what you’re talking about.’ ”
