ROCKY RIVER, Ohio – City officials are placing on hold proposed ordinances that would prohibit sleeping and camping in public spaces while working with the Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless on finding solutions for helping the unhoused.
Mayor Pam Bobst, Rocky River Municipal Judge Brian Hagan and other city and court officials met last week with representatives of NEOCH to discuss resources available to the city when encountering homeless individuals.
