PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Near normal afternoons and comfortable mornings will be the trend for the next few days in the Phoenix area. Temperatures will drop into the low to mid 60s overnight into Tuesday morning. Tuesday afternoon will bring highs near 90 with a few high clouds late in the day through Tuesday evening.

Along with some clouds, there may be a little virga over the Valley from Tuesday overnight into Wednesday morning. Virga is rain that evaporates before it hits the ground. During this time, a few sprinkles are possible in the higher terrain north and east of Phoenix. Some clouds will linger on Wednesday morning followed by a warm afternoon in the low 90s.
