While some continue searching for the perfect Halloween costume, others in Cleveland are already decorating for Christmas. Preparations for the 5th Annual Festival of Trees organized by Foundation House Ministries are underway.

Founded in 2014, the non-profit offers housing and a recovery program for mothers. It's the only maternity home of its kind within a 150-mile radius.

"We like to think of it as the kickoff to Cleveland's Christmas season, so everybody is excited," said Jennifer Riojas, the organization's community engagement coordinator. "It's a way to give back to the mamas and the babies."
