Tonight on “Courtroom Insider,” it’s been over 40 years since Nancy Galvani’s body was found floating in the San Francisco Bay. She had been strangled, her ankles were bound and she had been stuffed into a sleeping bag weighed down with cinder blocks.

Nancy’s husband, Patrick Galvani, was charged with murder but after a few months, all charges were dropped. Nobody has ever been arrested in connection to the crime.

Their daughter had just graduated kindergarten but now, more than four decades later, she’s fighting for her mother and wants justice served.

Alison Galvani joins Nate Eaton and discusses the case.
