North Kingstown, North Providence, Exeter-West Greenwich and Lincoln School are setting the pace in their respective divisions entering this final week of the girls soccer regular season.

Nobody seems able to stop the Skippers at the moment in Division I and the Cougars have won seven of their last eight matches to hold off East Providence in Division II. The Scarlet Knights suffered a first defeat against Prout but have yet to fall against a Division III opponent. The Lynx rolled past three Division IV opponents by a combined count of 15-0.

North Kingstown downed Cranston West and Barrington last week, making it seven shutouts in their last eight victories. The Skippers have captured 12 in a row ahead of a Monday rivalry showdown with South Kingstown and a Thursday battle with fellow 20
