Kentucky football is coming off a stinging overtime loss to No. 22 Texas and is getting ready to host No. 17 Tennessee this weekend.

UK is still searching for its first conference win of the season and its first win over Tennessee since 2020. The Volunteers are coming off a loss to No. 4 Alabama and looking to rebound.

Tennessee opens up as a 9.5-point favorite over the Wildcats.

While Kentucky came out on the wrong side of overtime with Texas, the Wildcats showed glimpses of improvement. The 16 points Texas scored is the lowest Kentucky has allowed in all of its losses this season.
