CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- Charlottesville City Council voted on Monday night to settle a lawsuit filed in response to the zoning code that was adopted in 2023 .

Part of the agreement is the City has to provide an analysis to VDOT. In return, the plaintiffs agreed to dismiss the case within ten days of signing the settlement.
