AUGUSTA COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- A 59-year-old Lyndhurst man was arrested by the Augusta County Sheriff's Office on Thursday.

Timothy Wayne Warren, who was already wanted on a probation violation when he was arrested, was eventually also charged with distribution of marijuana and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
