Ultra Bowl is a new Japanese inspired salad bowl shop located on Market Street which opened for business on Monday, October 20.

The new restaurant comes from Lloyd Hendricksen and Vince Gibbs, the same team behind Roy's Restobar who were inspired because they believed there was a "lack of healthy and convenient options in the Wollongong CBD for lunch".
