MUMBAI: Four people, including three Malayalees, lost their lives tragically in a fire accident at a residential complex in Navi Mumbai. Ten people were injured. A six-year-old child is among the victims. The fire broke out at Raheja Residency in the MGM Complex in Mumbai's Vashi. The accident took place in the early morning hours of Tuesday.

The fire that broke out on the 10th floor of the building at around 12.40 am spread to the 11th and 12th floors. Malayalees Vedika Sundar Balakrishnan (6), Sundar Balakrishnan (44), and Pooja Rajan (39), all natives of Thiruvananthapuram, died in the tragedy.
