London Underground live updates as two lines hit with severe delays at rush hour

Commuters on London’s Bakerloo and Northern lines are facing major disruption this morning. The Bakerloo Line is experiencing severe delays due to multiple train cancellations. Passengers are advised that tickets are being accepted on London Buses, the Lioness Line, and Thameslink via any reasonable route.

Meanwhile, the Northern Line is also experiencing severe delays while engineers work to fix a signal failure affecting Stockwell and Tooting Broadway. London Buses, Southeastern, Thameslink, and South Western Railway are accepting valid tickets via alternative routes. TfL recommends avoiding the Northern Line where possible, as using alternative services may get you to your destination faster.
