DOVER — A major reconstruction of the Broadway neighborhood for a total cost of about $33 million, a roundabout on Dover Point Road near Pointe Place and "emergency" upgrades to city recreation are included in a proposed multimillion dollar city capital improvements program.

The program features major projects over the next six years to address city infrastructure and equipment needs, said Michael Joyal, city manager. He presented the fiscal years 2027-32 plan, valued at $303 million, at a recent workshop of the City Council and Planning Board.
