Hyderabad ( Telangana ) [India], October 21 (ANI): Criticising the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) for not working on development in any ward of Jubilee Hills when it was in power, All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen ( AIMIM ) president Asaduddin Owaisi on Tuesday asserted that "voting should be done only on the basis of development ".

Avoiding the question of whether he'll support Congress leader Revanth Reddy, the AIMIM chief said that he is the chief minister of the state, and neither this by-election would form the government nor will it change the government.
