All the Pizza Hut restaurants set to close in Scotland been announced, with its Aberdeen venues avoiding the chopping block.
The company has said 1,210 workers are being made redundant as part of the closures. DC London Pie, the firm running Pizza Hut's restaurants in the UK, appointed administrators from corporate finance firm FTI on Monday.
Pizza Hut boasts two restaurants in Aberdeen at Union Square and at the beachfront , along with two delivery outlets on King Street and in Bridge of Don .
It has now been confirmed that all four venues are expected to remain open. The chain's Union Square and beachfront locations will be two of only six dine-in restaurants to remain open in Scotland.
Meanwhile 68 of the chain's restaurants prepare for closure across the UK.
