A big name in the UK’s craft beer scene has announced they will be opening their first location in the city centre later this year.
Head of Steam, which was first established 30 years ago, now has 15 locations nationwide, including sites in Cardiff, Sheffield, Leeds and Huddersfield. It also has a venue in Didsbury , which opened in 2018.
Self proclaimed as ‘purveyors of great beer’, the brand is known for its inclusive, innovative approach to craft beer. Alongside its own selections of IPAs and lagers, it also serves a range of beers from top brands, including popular Belgium brewers.
It has been announced that Head of Steam will open their 16th bar - and their first new opening in six years - on Newton Street, on the edge of the Northern Quarter .
