MILWAUKEE —

New security footage obtained by our sister station WISN shows a horrifying sidewalk shooting rampage that killed two people Sunday night at a Milwaukee intersection.

The video shows the shooter with a gun raised, chasing after a woman. She falls to the ground as she was shot. A shadowy figure is then seen hovering over the victim, assaulting her. She died at the scene. The medical examiner has identified her as 50-year-old Sandra Lee. Police said that same gunman also shot and killed a man just out of view of the security camera. Family has identified him as 64-year-old Marcus Smith.

"This was a great loss for our family," said Johnetta Jackson, Smith's niece.

She described Marcus Smith as a lovable and funny favorite among loved ones.
