Police who spotted white powder on a motorist's face found him to be 16 times over the cocaine limit for driving. ‌

Colin Edgar, 44, of Sikeside Street, Coatbridge , was banned from the road when he appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court this week. ‌

He admitted being over the drug limit when driving on South Calder Way, Newmains , on February 3. ‌
