The question was asked as the Jays drowned each other in champagne and beer, celebrating the clinching of the organization’s first World Series visit in 32 years following a come-from-behind 4-3 win over the Seattle Mariners .

Kevin Gausman, still clutching the William Harridge Trophy given annually to the ALCS champion, got the question first as he made his way from the podium on the field where the trophy presentation occurred to the raucous area just outside the Jays clubhouse, where the real celebrating with all those tubs of champagne and beer were waiting.
