Kate Vukelich Joins The Vitamin Shoppe in HR role

Kate Vukelich, a former Everlane and Walmart executive, has joined The Vitamin Shoppe as executive vice president and chief people officer.

In her new role, Vukelich oversees human resources strategy and operations, including talent acquisition and development, organizational culture and associate engagement across The Vitamin Shoppe stores, distribution centers and corporate support center. The Secaucus, N.J.-based Vitamin Shoppe is an omnichannel specialty retailer of nutritional products.

Vukelich has more than two decades of experience in human resources , retail operations and organizational transformation. She succeeds Teresa Orth, who retired earlier in October, after 13 years with The Vitamin Shoppe.
