HARPERS FERRY -- The Jefferson County Convention & Visitors Bureau was recently honored during the annual Governors Conference on Tourism, held at the Marriott Morgantown at Waterfront Place. The CVB won the Almost Heaven Achievement Award for the Best Advertising and Marketing Campaign.

The annual Almost Heaven Achievement Awards are an opportunity for the West Virginia Depart-ment of Tourism to recognize industry partners across the state for their achievements in advertis-ing, marketing and public relations and for their contributions to the tourism industry in West Virginia.
