CONCORD, N.H. —
A New Hampshire man will serve more than six years in a federal prison for manufacturing pills laced with fentanyl and methamphetamine.
Jerry Summers was sentenced Tuesday in federal court to six years and eight months in prison.
During his sentencing hearing, Summers addressed the court, saying he made a bad decision in a state of panic after receiving a poor health diagnosis.
Summers was arrested last year and accused of manufacturing counterfeit OxyContin and Adderall pills in a Manchester location that he said was a drywall business office. Prosecutors said the pills were laced with fentanyl and methamphetamine.
