In July, he said the new dietary guidelines would “stress the need to eat saturated fats, dairy, good meat, fresh meat and vegetables. ” The comment came alongside his “Make America Healthy Again” initiative, which includes bringing back full-fat dairy products like whole milk in schools. Kennedy, who follows what he describes as a carnivore-style diet of mainly meat, yogurt and fermented vegetables like kimchi, has also praised companies that use beef tallow in their products.
