LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A plane made an emergency landing just outside Mesquite Tuesday morning.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department confirmed their officers are working with Nevada State Police on traffic control.

The plane landed on I-15 around 9 a.m. at mile marker 82, LVMPD said.

The pilot isn't injured, but authorities said there would be traffic delays in the southbound lanes as crews work to assess the plane.
