As Cotino — the Disney-branded development that will feature hundreds of homes and a swimmable lagoon in Rancho Mirage — continues to rise, project officials announced this week the first round of tenants at its town center expected to open next year.

The town center, which has been named Cotino Bay Beach, Dining and Shops, will be located on the north end of Cotino Bay, the 24-acre lagoon at the heart of the development, and it's expected to open to the public in fall 2026.
