SAULT STE. MARIE — Cancer is a cruel and often unforgiving disease.

We rarely get a glimpse into the journey and struggle cancer patients face, but a Sault Ste. Marie native has been documenting the ups and downs of her cancer battle for nearly a year.

She also recently published a book to help others facing a similar struggle.
