MADISON (WKOW) — The trial against three of the four men charged in a deadly shooting outside the Harmony apartment complex in October 2023 has been delayed due to new evidence.
Jury selection for Wilson Clark III, Javian White and Reginald Sexton Jr. was scheduled to begin on Oct. 20, but court records indicated those trials were postponed and would be rescheduled at a hearing in December.
Dane County District Attorney Ismael Ozanne confirmed to 27 News that the evidence relates to a new, fifth suspect. That person has not been named.
