The front landing gear of a Buffalo Airways Boeing 737 collapsed on the runway at the Yellowknife Airport Monday night, forcing another plane to divert back to Vancouver.
The issue with the Buffalo Airways plane was confirmed by the Transportation Safety Board of Canada in an email.
There were three crew members aboard the cargo flight. As reported by Cabin Radio, Mikey McBryan, the airline's general manager, said no one needed medical attention following the nose gear deployment problem at landing.

A spokesperson for the Transportation Safety Board of Canada confirmed on Tuesday that the plane is now cleared from the runway and operations have resumed at the airport.
