EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - According to a Public Safety Alert, law enforcement officials are looking for an escaped inmate.

Henderson County dispatch says Timothy Oliver left through door number nine of the detention center.

Kentucky State Police say he escaped around 12:15 p.m. Tuesday.

Troopers say Oliver is described as a while male, 6’ 1” tall, weighing 200 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a grey shirt with Trustee printed on it, a ball cap and possibly a tan or orange outfit.

Oliver was serving a sentence for Burglary 3rd degree.
