After a quiet start to the week, our weather is about to take a sharp turn! A large, slow-moving storm system will begin pushing in on Tuesday evening, kicking off several days of cooler, blustery, and unsettled conditions that will carry us through the end of the workweek. The mild air we’ve enjoyed lately will be replaced by periods of rain, gusty winds, and much chillier temperatures.

By Tuesday night, a strong upper-level low-pressure system will slide into the Great Lakes and drag a cold front across the region.
