Hospitality guru Keith Menin — a hotelier, entrepreneur and developer — has listed a waterfront compound on Miami Beach’s prestigious North Bay Road for $32.5 million. That’s almost double what he paid just last year, Gimme Shelter can reveal.
Menin Homes, which Menin co-founded with his cousin Jared Galbut, bought the property at No. 5300 for $16.1 million last year and “completely redeveloped” it, according to the listing.
“The vision was simple,” Menin told Gimme. “If The Surf Club Four Seasons had a private villa with the finest views and water in Miami, this would be it.” 10
