New Jersey’s top boys & girls cross-country runners can get after it on flat and fast courses.

That wasn’t more true than this week, as we saw several runners go under 18 minutes on the girls side and under 16 minutes on the boys side.

These fast times also led to some impressive team averages, including a state record on the girls side.
