The Issue: The Post editorial calling for Republican candidate Curtis Sliwa to drop out of the mayoral race.

Curtis Sliwa will never walk away, even with the money he’s being offered by billionaires who think they can control him ( “Drop Out, Curtis,” Editorial, Oct. 21).

Curtis is not for sale, unlike so many unprincipled politicians. For that reason alone, New Yorkers should vote for him to restore our faith in humanity.

Neither I nor any of Sliwa’s loyal supporters will ever vote for Andrew Cuomo, who does not represent our values and has said conservatives have no place in New York. Curtis or bust!
