With historic demand for event space in the valley, the Greater Boise Auditorium District is considering its options for an expansion of the Boise Centre or investment in a new event facility entirely in or around the downtown Boise area.

A gathering of city government, development and hospitality leaders attended a Thursday presentation by Johnson Consulting, a real estate and hospitality firm, which presented its findings of a study on feasible investment options for the Greater Boise Auditorium District (GBAD).
